Learn more about this tool

Use this background section to understand when the tool fits, how practitioners use it, and what to consider before sharing it with clients.

When It Is Used

Use it in session review when the practitioner needs a concise signal of the client’s perceived life flow, energy, well-being, or participation.

Comparability

Signals are comparable only when the same rating structure is used over time. Changed structures should preserve history without forcing false trends.

Important Limitation

The tool does not define scale anchors or clinical thresholds and does not interpret the meaning of a signal automatically.

Is the rating scale defined?

No. The product specification does not define the exact scale, anchors, labels, or prompt wording.

Can signals be compared over time?

Yes, when the same rating structure is used across entries. Incompatible structures should not be trended as if equivalent.

Does the tool interpret a low or high signal?

No. The system displays the reported signal and descriptive history; practitioner interpretation is recorded separately.

What gets saved?

The Water / Life Flow Rating tool is saved, along with any validated selected rating structure. Demo signals are not saved as real client data by default.
