Tool guide

Learn more about this tool

Use this background section to understand when the tool fits, how practitioners use it, and what to consider before sharing it with clients.

Physical Assessment Remains Central

The tool supports recording and reviewing VCWS physical module performance; it does not replace the physical work-sample assessment with a digital simulation.

Observation Handling

Pain, fatigue, safety, endurance, behavior, and tolerance notes should be linked to the task where observed or reported.

Scope Of Conclusions

Conclusions should not exceed the modules completed and the abilities actually assessed.

What does VCWS record?

It records selected module performance, timing, accuracy, errors, observations, comparison references, and practitioner conclusions.

Is there a client-facing software assessment?

No separate client-facing software experience is required. The client participates by performing physical work-sample tasks.

Can conclusions be made for uncompleted modules?

No. Uncompleted modules should show no conclusion for that module and should explain the result gap.

Can practitioners edit module scoring methods?

No. Module scoring methods and standards come from selected VCWS materials and should not be casual product settings.
