Tool guide

Learn more about this tool

Use this background section to understand when the tool fits, how practitioners use it, and what to consider before sharing it with clients.

In-Person Administration

The tool supports documenting physical work-sample performance; it does not convert VCWS into a remote or purely digital task.

Module-Specific Review

Multiple modules can be included in one evaluation, but scoring and criteria remain separate by module.

Limits

The tool does not invent module prompts, scoring sheets, standards, or job-fit recommendations.

Can the client complete VCWS online alone?

No. The supported workflow is in-person practitioner-administered physical work-sample assessment.

What is configurable in the demo?

Selected VCWS module or modules are configurable because module selection changes tasks, scoring, and result meaning.

What happens if a physical task is incomplete?

The module remains incomplete, the reason can be recorded, and it is not summarized as completed performance.

Does the tool make return-to-work recommendations automatically?

No. Recommendations are practitioner-authored from the observed evidence.
