When It Is Used

Use SAP-R when direct observation is not enough to understand how a child functions across everyday settings and interaction partners.

Practitioner And Informant Roles

The practitioner defines the objectives and contexts. Informants report what they know from everyday contexts; they are not asked to make clinical interpretations or planning decisions.

Limitations

SAP-R organizes informant evidence and coverage. It does not create diagnoses, resolve conflicting reports automatically, or invent prompts beyond the configured SAP-R content.

Who completes SAP-R?

Informants complete the report, while the practitioner configures the objectives, contexts, and review scope.

Can SAP-R be used with only one context?

Yes. Single-context data is allowed, but the review should mark coverage as limited.

Does SAP-R compare informant reports with direct observation?

Yes, when SAP-O data is available, SAP-R can show descriptive alignment or difference with direct observation.

What is saved from the public demo?

The SAP-R tool and configuration are saved. Fictional informant responses and sample case data are not saved as real client data.
