Tool guide

Learn more about this tool

Use this background section to understand when the tool fits, how practitioners use it, and what to consider before sharing it with clients.

Stable Rating Scale

The supported values are 0, 1, and 2. The scale remains stable across administrations so repeated objective ratings can be compared.

Consensus Use

When consensus mode is used, draft practitioner ratings can be shown separately before a final shared rating is recorded.

Limits

The tool stops at objective-level scoring. It does not generate goals, diagnostic interpretations, composites, weights, or score bands beyond 0, 1, and 2.

Can I enter a score other than 0, 1, or 2?

No. The tool accepts only 0, 1, and 2 for objective-level ratings.

Does the tool require consensus?

No. Consensus mode is available, but a single practitioner rating session is also supported.

Can scores be compared over time?

Yes. Repeated ratings can be compared at the same objective level when objectives remain comparable.

What is saved when there are no extra scale settings?

The tool itself is saved as-is, along with selected objectives and mode. Sample demo scores are not saved as real client data.
