Learn more about this tool

Use this background section to understand when the tool fits, how practitioners use it, and what to consider before sharing it with clients.

What It Captures

The profile captures partner behaviors, contexts, linked child communication or regulation outcomes, and support/barrier classification.

Planning Use

The profile can inform partner changes or coaching priorities, but the tool itself does not prescribe coaching scripts.

Limits

The result is not a global judgment of partner competence and does not make unsupported causal claims.

Do partners complete this tool?

No. The supplied configuration is practitioner-only; partners may be observed or later coached but do not complete the product.

Can a behavior be left unclassified?

Yes. Ambiguous behaviors may remain unclassified with notes rather than being forced into support or barrier.

What makes an entry incomplete?

A partner behavior without a linked child communication or regulation outcome is incomplete.

What is saved from the demo?

The tool and partner/context setup are saved. Fictional behavior entries and sample history are not saved as real client data.
