Learn more about this tool

Use this background section to understand when the tool fits, how practitioners use it, and what to consider before sharing it with clients.

Practice Formats

The tool can be set up as a single example, checklist, or calendar-style repeated practice record when those formats fit the assignment.

Review Focus

Review highlights judgments, replacement factual descriptions, counts or frequency, and reported changes so the practitioner can coach more accurate awareness.

Limits

The tool does not morally evaluate judgments, score skill use, or provide automated clinical interpretation.

Does Nonjudgmentally write the replacement statement for the client?

No. The client writes replacement factual descriptions; the practitioner may coach separately.

Can the tool track repeated practice?

Yes. It can support checklist or calendar-style repeated entries with counts or frequency when that practice format is selected.

Are counts treated as scores?

No. Counts are descriptive reported data and do not produce a mastery score or clinical interpretation.

What does saving preserve?

Saving preserves the tool, selected practice format, completion mode, and setup, but not fictional demo entries.
