Tool guide

Learn more about this tool

Use this background section to understand when the tool fits, how practitioners use it, and what to consider before sharing it with clients.

Practitioner And Caregiver Roles

The practitioner controls the clinical record and feedback linkage. Caregivers participate by reviewing wording, raising concerns, and indicating understanding or acceptance.

Goal History

Accepted goals persist for later review. Later changes should be recorded as updates rather than silently replacing prior goals.

Limitations

The tool does not include goal libraries, goal scores, automated recommendations, or exact goal prompts not supplied in the product specification.

Can caregivers participate in the demo flow?

Yes. The demo includes a shared in-session caregiver view for reviewing goal wording and acceptance status.

Does the tool generate goals automatically?

No. Goal wording is practitioner-entered and collaboratively revised with caregivers.

What if caregivers do not accept a goal?

The goal remains proposed or unresolved instead of being finalized as accepted.

What is saved after exploration?

The tool itself and selected goal-cycle setup are saved. Fictional sample feedback, demo goals, and caregiver comments do not become real client data.
