Belly Breathing

Belly Breathing is a TF-CBT relaxation skill tool for practitioners teaching children slow, deep, belly-based breathing. It helps the child practice a body-calming skill and helps the practitioner observe technique, child use situations, perceived helpfulness, and whether home or caregiver support is needed.
