Learn more about this tool

Use this background section to understand when the tool fits, how practitioners use it, and what to consider before sharing it with clients.

When It Is Used

Use it for periodic program-level review when a practitioner, reviewer, or program lead needs to understand IPS implementation strengths and gaps.

What It Captures

The tool captures source-defined fidelity item responses or ratings, evidence notes if supported, review context, scale version, and resulting profile information.

Comparison

Completed reviews can be compared over time or across reviews when scale versions and review methods are comparable.

Limitations

The tool does not invent fidelity items, scoring anchors, dimensions, or improvement recommendations.

Can I customize the fidelity items?

No. Items, scoring anchors, domains, totals, and thresholds must come from the selected source scale.

Can a partial review produce a final profile?

No. Partial reviews show incomplete items and cannot be treated as final fidelity profiles.

Is there a client-facing view?

No. The supplied configuration is practitioner-only and program-level.

What is saved if I choose a scale version?

The tool and selected source-supported scale version are saved; fictional demo ratings and sample observations are not saved as real program data.
