Diaphragmatic Breathing

Diaphragmatic Breathing is a CBT-I relaxation-practice tool for practitioners and insomnia clients. It helps the client practice slow abdominal or diaphragmatic breathing with attention to pace, belly movement, and relaxed exhalation so they can use a portable arousal-reduction skill at bedtime or during nighttime awakenings.

No. It does not collect physiological respiratory measurements or oxygen data.

Is a rating required after practice?

No. Optional notes can capture comfort, perceived effect, or barriers, but ratings are not required.

Can the practitioner set the breathing pace?

Only if pace or duration is supplied or practitioner-entered as part of the breathing exercise. The product does not invent a universal ratio.

What is saved from the demo?

The breathing tool and selected duration or pace setup, when applicable, are saved. Fictional notes and sample completion states are not saved as real client data.
