Clear Or Still Activated

The result is a target-linked status with residual sensations when present. Ambiguous sensations should be recorded as unclear rather than forced into clear status.

Relationship To Somatic Baseline

When prior body location or sensation exists, the review may show descriptive comparison, but no medical or clinical interpretation is generated.

Does Body Scan decide that treatment is complete?

No. It records clear or still-activated body response; the practitioner decides what the result means clinically.

Can multiple residual sensations be recorded?

Yes. Multiple residual sensations should be allowed when reported.

Is a body map required?

No. Exact body-map use is unresolved; status and residual sensation capture are the required mechanics.
