Zoom integration Documentation

Installation

• Login to your Qwoach account from qwoach.com
• Go to the Scheduler section
• If your Scheduler is not set up, follow the wizard's instructions to set up your Scheduler
• Go to the "Session type" tab
• Open one of the session types
• Under the Session Location section, select "Zoom meeting" and press "Connect My Zoom"
• Press "Authorize" to complete the integration

Usage

Automatically create new Zoom Meeting link for each client

When a client schedules a coaching session with you, the Zoom integration allows you to automatically create a unique Zoom Meeting link to ensure each session is handled in a separate room

• Copy your invitation link and send it to your client
• Once your client picks a time, a new zoom meeting will appear automatically under your Zoom account

Uninstallation

• Login to yoru Zoom Account
• Click Manage -> Installed Apps or search for the Qwoach app
• Click the Qwoach app
• Click Uninstall
