Four Required Parts

A completed Written WOOP includes Wish, Outcome, Obstacle, and Plan. Missing steps are shown as incomplete.

Internal Obstacle

The obstacle is internal according to the supplied success criteria. If only an external obstacle is entered, the tool should prompt for an internal obstacle without inventing one.

One Wish Per Sequence

The smallest complete product supports one WOOP sequence per wish. Additional wishes should create separate WOOP entries.

What does the client write?

The client writes a meaningful Wish, desired Outcome, internal Obstacle, and if-then Plan.

Is every step required?

Yes. A complete Written WOOP requires entries for all four parts.

Does the tool score the WOOP?

No. It checks structure and completeness but does not score quality, predict success, or interpret psychology.

Can a client use multiple wishes in one WOOP?

No. The smallest complete product keeps one WOOP sequence per wish; additional wishes create separate entries.
