Practitioner-Only Use

The interface is controlled by the practitioner. Client input may be discussed in session, but there is no separate send-to-client flow.

What It Captures

It captures the selected target memory, optional alternatives, rationale, and planning notes needed for subsequent exposure work.

Limitations

The tool does not collect exhaustive trauma history, score trauma severity, rank memories automatically, or generate rationale text.

Is this sent to the client?

No. The product is practitioner-only, though the client may participate in the clinical discussion.

Does the tool choose the index trauma automatically?

No. The practitioner selects the target memory and documents the rationale.

Are alternative events required?

No. Alternative-event capture is configurable; the selected memory and rationale are required for completion.
