Today's profile

Ten independent ratings show where happiness is higher or lower today. Unanswered areas stay visible until the profile is complete.

Repeat to monitor change

Compare earlier and current ratings using the latest area labels and format. History matches areas by their stable identifiers and preserves the ratings originally recorded.

Adapt the template

Practitioners can edit instructions, the question, area labels and order, anchors, scale, and an optional sum. Adapted templates should be interpreted in their own context.

What does the Happiness Scale show?

It shows reported happiness for each life area. Lower values describe lower happiness in that area; the scale does not generate a treatment plan.

Does it have a required total score?

No. The default review shows area ratings. A practitioner may explicitly configure a sum for an adapted template.

Can the scale be customized?

Yes. A practitioner can edit the reusable structure before assigning it. Comparisons are shown only when area meanings and the rating scale match.
