Comparability

Before/after change is displayed only when the selected timepoints use comparable functioning measures or domains.

Incomplete Timepoints

If either baseline or follow-up is incomplete, the tool shows partial status and withholds final change conclusions.

Limits

The tool does not make causal claims, define treatment success, or generate clinical recommendations.

Can I compare different measures or versions?

No, not as a valid before/after comparison. Non-comparable measures or versions are blocked or clearly marked.

Does the tool prove an intervention caused improvement?

No. It shows descriptive change between comparable timepoints; causal meaning is practitioner interpretation.

What if follow-up data is missing?

The comparison remains incomplete and no final change summary is shown.

Can decline be shown?

Yes. Decline is displayed neutrally as a change direction when supported by the comparable data.
